In order to offer Customers in stores a unique and engaging experience, both physical and virtual, Epta launched "#EptaExperience is the way" concept, summarizing the corporate vocation to combine expertise, innovation and personalization of its brands' solutions.  

Transforming its storefronts into points of experience, Epta chose SAP C/4HANA Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris) as the platform to manage their B2B spare parts sales. Through this process, they have opened a new sales channel and improved their buyers' experience by simplifying the process of finding and purchasing Epta spare parts.
