Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) is a public company operating in the transport, tourism and mountain recreation industries in Catalunya, Spain. The company had a need to digitally transform its process for managing corrective and preventive maintenance work orders for its station facilities.
FGC decided to implement a mobile application using SAP Fiori, in order to make it easier for technicians to manage and resolve maintenance orders while improving the User Experience and consistently reducing the use of paper.
