Aryzta’s joint governance in Europe and North America needed the ability to control the release of weekly changes from quality to production through a unified, well-defined approval process. They adopted SAP Solution Manager’s ChaRM in order to take advantage of the application's software logistics and flexibility to customize according to unique procedures, which they then integrated with their existing ServiceNow platform.
Now, IT service managers and developers have one global ticketing system for Change Management, Incident Management and other internal processes. Through this project Aryzta has been able to reduce workload redundancies & communication gaps across teams, while spending less time on technical issue resolution.
