What motivates me
Professionally, I'm motivated by setting goals and achieving them, as well as creating work environments where everyone feels comfortable and works as a team.

My favorite city
Formentera, because it is a truly quiet and paradise-like island, where you can find quite a few peaceful beaches and disconnect altogether. I visited during summer, almost by chance, and I really loved it.

Since I was little, I've always been passionate about sports. Not that I was very competitive but I've always loved to participate in physical activities, not so much to watch them. Mostly, I'm into running and cycling. I like to face personal challenges, like the marathon I ran a few years ago, because of the satisfaction I feel when overcoming them.

I love great classics, like The Godfather II, I love The Shawshank Redemption, because the story is very well written it has an unexpected ending. In addition, I enjoy The Exorcist and The Silence of the Lambs, even though I think the books on which the films are based are better than the films themselves.

"Today I have many challenges, most importantly: creating a powerful, united team, where everyone is capable of having the personal and professional development they want"

IT's close knit

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. By chance, I began working at Indra, a large multinational consulting firm and, by another chance, I started working on something I didn't know: SAP.

We worked on the development of two adapters in SAP PI, which led us to achieve the development of the first Powered by SAP NetWeaver certification in Spain. For me, starting as a junior, this achievement was very important. At Indra, I had a pretty good professional career, with bosses who believed in me, but I wanted to focus my future on more technical projects. I decided to apply at Techedge because I knew they could provide me with this new challenge.

I applied several times until, finally, I received a call. After a rather hard interview, I joined the team. At Indra I was comfortable, had a good career and had gained various achievements, but I needed new challenges and for me, that meant more technical projects.

All of this happened in May 2011 and, from the beginning, I realized that Techedge was where I should be. I felt that I was valued by what I knew and not by appearances. Here, the projects were more technical and the technology world, the innovation and being the latest in systems, had more importance than what I had seen in other companies.

I was able to work side by side with my bosses, which helped me develop quality professional relationships with them and other executives. For me, even if it sounds paradoxical, it was a jump from a giant company to a smaller company, and I really appreciated it.

During these years in Techedge, I started as a consultant, became a senior consultant and, thanks to the growth we are experiencing in recent years, became part of the management team. Currently, I am responsible for the area of Integration, which poses many challenges: doing things well, responding quickly to requests from customers, colleagues and the commercial team, generating customer satisfaction and especially, creating a powerful, united team, where everyone is treated as he or she deserves and can have the personal and professional development they want.
