I started my journey in Techedge in 2008. A few months after graduating, I was doing an internship at a big international IT company when I received a proposal from Techedge. At that time Techedge was still a small company, but I felt an incredible energy among the people I initially met, so I decided to “take the risk” and joined their team – and it was the best choice I could make!

Following my passion for technology and programming, I started as a Java developer working for important customers. Techedge fostered my passion, giving me the chance to be involved in several different projects in a wide range of industries (banking, oil and gas, transportation).

Every day I met new people, discovered new technologies and faced new challenges. All these experiences helped me in building the knowledge, expertise and self-confidence needed to be ready to handle every new situation.

Over the years, even if I always continued to improve my technical skills, I discovered that my real interest was in interacting with people. Techedge encouraged this attitude, giving me the chance to work for an important Oil & Gas Company as a Service Manager, coordinating a team of 15 colleagues. With this experience, I learned how to face problems together with all the team, and at the same time how to build an excellent relation with the customer.

Since 2015, as a Practice Manager of the Customer Engagement area, I lead a team of 20 people. We are all involved in several new projects, guiding our customers in the digital transformation evolution that we are living in these days.

I am very proud of the team, and I try every day to let them feel the same energy that I found from the beginning of my story with Techedge.
