Prior to joining the company in 2008 he held different leadership positions at Deloitte and IBM where he focused on Supply Chain Management, Production Planning and Execution, Internal and External Logistics, Maintenance and Quality solutions for multinational clients operating in the electronic, mechanical, engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer industries.
Paolo earned a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a General Management Master from SDA Bocconi.
