His work has been focused on the development of connected manufacturing, predictive maintenance and connected logistics solutions for large-scale multinational clients.
In the last five years, he has acted as a pioneer of Industry 4.0 solutions in Europe, leveraging upon his expertise in Manufacturing and industrial engineering, to create advanced mechanical operational solutions for clients in the consumer goods, manufacturing and fashion industries. His passion for innovation paired with his exceptional knowledge of the components that make Industry 4.0 a reality have made him a recognized figure on the topic.
A serial entrepreneur, Gianni founded and led multiple consulting firms dedicated to manufacturing operational excellence prior to joining Techedge.
Paolo leads the Production and Field Operations Practice at Techedge.
Prior to joining the company in 2008 he held different leadership positions at Deloitte and IBM where he focused on Supply Chain Management, Production Planning and Execution, Internal and External Logistics, Maintenance and Quality solutions for multinational clients operating in the electronic, mechanical, engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer industries.
Paolo earned a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a General Management Master from SDA Bocconi.
Oscar has nearly 20 years' experience in real time control systems, plant control systems integration, Big Data solutions and M2M Integration.
He is responsible for the development of Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things Solutions; he helps clients approach their transformation projects, leveraging I4.0 and IoT as opportunity to simplify their operations and increase their efficiency.
Prior to joining Techedge Oscar worked for different organizations, including the Spanish State Meteorology Agency, where he focused on the integration of field data coming from solar plants, farm aero generators, meteorology and air quality stations.
Previously he worked for the Olympic Broadcasting Services Information Systems for the Olympics in Vancouver, London and Sochi.
Oscar earned a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University Alcalá de Henares and a MBA from Cerem Business School, Spain.
